Valco Melton’s Non-Contact Spray Applicators are divided into two leading families, FLEXSPRAY is designed to provide the most stable continuous applications while our MITO family is designed to handle the most demanding high-speed intermittent applications. Both of them featuring an independent air pre-heater to help set up your process correctly.
Both FLEXSPRAY and MITO applicators have been designed to incorporate any of our BAT nozzles, which are designed to provide the broadest range of spray patterns, from high-frequency Multi-Swirls to Random Fiberization or Strand Coating.
Also, as an alternative, we have developed a series of contact slot nozzles that can be used with these two applicators, so if there is a need to swap from Non-Contact to Contact due to new process requirements, there is no need to buy a full new applicator.
