Minimize your spare parts stock and create faster work changes with Valco Melton’s FlexCoat Applicators, which can be easily configured for continuous, intermittent, off-roll, or rotating bar applications. A reversible nozzle is an effective solution that allows lamination in both directions. This can easily be removed for ultra-fast shim set-up. As an additional option, these applicators may feature various adhesive channels for setting different grammages (coat-weights) and adhesive types throughout the web width on continuous applications and window frame on intermittent applications.
